5 Reasons Why Accountants Should Consider Working with Private Lenders
It’s important for accountants to carefully consider their clients’ financial needs and goals before seeking out a private loan. This will help ensure that the loan is a good fit for the business and that it will provide the financing necessary to achieve their desired business goals.
By recommending private loans, accountants can play a key role in helping their business clients achieve financial success and stability. With the right loan and the right repayment terms, businesses can achieve their goals and achieve their full potential.

Our Lending Process

Complete our
Quick App Form
It should take you about 10 minutes to complete the Application if you have all the information to hand.

After receiving the Application we’ll develop an Indicative Letter of Offer which includes an indicative interest rate.
Once the Offer is accepted a small assessment fee is charged to cover the searches we do in due diligence.

Once we’ve completed our due diligence, we’ll send a formal Letter of Offer. Once signed the loan documents are drawn up and sent to the Borrower’s solicitor.
Upon return of the fully executed documents the approval fee, legal costs and prepaid interest are deducted from the loan and the balance is paid to the Borrower.
We endeavor to make this process as quick as possible and can settle within 5 days upon receipt of all outstanding information.
Our referrer relationships mean a lot
Referrers have the ability to nominate a Service Fee up to 1.00% (Plus GST) if they don't have a signed mandate. If a referrer has a signed mandate then this amount will be included in the Indicative Letter of Offer. Any variation on the above needs to be agreed in writing by PMA and the Referrer.
No cost until your client’s acceptance of our Indicative Letter of Offer (ILOO). On acceptance of our ILOO an Assessment Fee of only $1,000 plus GST is payable.
Valuation Fees: At cost, if required.
Quantity Surveyor fees: At cost, if required.
Legal Fees (incl. Disbursements) at cost, usually $3,300 to $4,400 (based on complexity).
