Equity Release
'Equity' is the value of a property, less any money you owe on it (on your mortgage). 'Equity release' lets you access some of your equity. By releasing the equity in your property you can increase liquidity for investments, for business purposes such as buying equipment, to improve your cash flow, or to increase your personal wealth. For example, if your property is worth $800,000 and you have a mortgage of $200,000 then you have equity of $600,000 (assuming a 75% LVR). Many businesses use equity release to allow them to cover the cost of business operations, for cashflow, to pay suppliers or to pay off any tax debts.

After receiving the Application we’ll develop an Indicative Letter of Offer which includes an indicative interest rate.
Once the Offer is accepted a small assessment fee is charged to cover the searches we do in due diligence.


Once we’ve completed our due diligence, we’ll send a formal Letter of Offer. Once signed the loan documents are drawn up and sent to the Borrower’s solicitor.
